It is understood and agreed that Lessee or its assigns shall not let any salt water or any other deleterious substance run on or over Lessor's land, or let same run into Lessor's stock tanks or any natural creek, stream, river or other body of water; nor shall Lessee use any wells on lands covered by this lease for salt water disposal purposes without Lessor's prior written consent.
