PARTIAL RELEASE OF OIL, GAS and MINERAL LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned ROBERT B. LOCALPRO, whose address is P. O. Box 888, Jasper, Alabama 36715, as Lessee in that certain Oil, Gas and Mineral Lease executed by BILL MEAGER and wife, AMANDA MEAGER, as Lessor, and dated September 14, 1994, does by these presents cancel, release, relinquish and surrender unto Lessor or their successors in title, all right, title and interest of the said undersigned ROBERT B. LOCALPRO in and to said lease, insofar and only insofar as it covers the following described lands in Walker County, Alabama, to-wit:
TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST
Section 9: The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
Said lease being recorded in the Probate Records of Walker County, Alabama at Book 312, Page 18.
