Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, it is understood and agreed that Lessee, it successors or assigns, shall not enter upon nor use the leased premises for conducting any surface or drilling operations hereunder. Any production from the leased premises shall be by way of pooling and/or unitization as provided herein, or by directional drilling from a surface location on other lands and bottomed under the leased premises.
