KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


THAT in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of all of which is hereby acknowledged, we, JOHN D. LANDOWNER and wife, SUSAN LANDOWNER, and WILLIAM P. LANDOWNER, a single man (herein referred to as Grantors), do hereby grant, sell, convey and warrant unto WILLIAM P. LANDOWNER, JR. and wife, JANE Q. LANDOWNER (herein referred to as Grantees), the following described land situated in Dallas County, Mississippi, to-wit:


TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 29 EAST


Grantors except and reserve unto themselves an undivided one-half interest in and to the oil, gas and other minerals in and to the aforesaid land. 

This deed is made in order to cure defects in Deed from the Grantors to Grantees recorded in Deed Book 284 at page 508 of the records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Dallas County, Mississippi.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument is executed on this the 29th day of May, 1999.
